Pediatric mobility equipment is available in many different styles and configurations. Probably the most important thing in pediatric mobility equipment is the “growability” of the device. Since children are growing, their equipment must grow as well. Another factor to consider is the “transportability” of the equipment. Unless there is a way to transport the equipment from home to school, it would often just be left at school, with no mobility solution for the home.
